Andrew Sayer Broker

I am thrilled to be a co-owner of LLPM and bring our experience and enthusiasm to Charleston. Before starting LLPM, I spent time as an Acquisitions Assistant at one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in the Western United States. I am also licensed to practice law in Illinois and previously clerked for three federal judges and completed internships with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Although my wife and I currently live in Chicago, I am desperately trying to return full-time to West Virginia as soon as possible.

Josh Landis Salesperson

Born and raised in West Virginia, I am passionate about helping residents find their perfect home. As a co-owner of LLPM, I strive to create comfortable living environments that foster community and support local growth. My wife Maegan and I live in Charleston with our dog and two cats.
