LLPM was started by our team in 2019 after managing our portfolio. The firm has grown — slowly, on purpose — to a team and hundreds of doors across Charleston, Teays Valley, Hurricane, and Huntington.

Our story

Started in 2019. Grown — slowly, on purpose.

LLPM started the way most good small firms do: a family portfolio that needed managing, a spreadsheet that grew into a process, and a few neighbors who asked if we'd manage theirs too.

Years later, we're still the same kind of firm. We've turned down portfolios that were too big to manage well. We've kept the office small enough that an owner gets the same person on the phone every time. We're licensed in West Virginia, members of NARPM, and the kind of property managers who you trust.
